  Nothing against the boys, but they bungled the handling of my quote and ultimately missed out on the job. When I asked for some pipes to be replaced, the receptionist sent out a work team instead of the obligation-free quote advertised. kind of fair enough, but I was billed for their service. A bit of a mix up and in the end they halved the bill from $77 to $44. "A bit rich" you may say, or "fair enough; they've got to make a living." Just make sure you are firm in your communication so you don't have to pay for the old 'Tradey's miss-communication"

  Had them here in the middle of the night on a Friday 18 months ago to clear a blocked drain. Didn't quite work and overflowed again on the Saturday. The on call man was back in a flash and did it again for no extra charge. Today it has blocked again (bloody neighbour's tree) and they have turned up in 3 hours to get on the job. Very happy with their friendly and speedy service. And they don't charge like wounded bulls either
