  First step through the door is the hardest, once you are in and experience the training it becomes addictive, never the same class with great variety of training in a supportive environment. No lock in contracts so do your self a favour and give it a go and support a true champion!

  I have been casually dropping in to train at Action Fitness Centre! Always welcoming, friendly, and professional, hence my wife and kids train there as well! Facility is top notch, timetable does not leave room for excuses not to train, and the coach is someone whose credentials speak for themselves! (definitely practices what he preaches!..at a very high level!) so, if you likely to get in a workout whilst learning proper boxing at a time suitable to you, give Action Fitness Centre a go!

  The best gym I've ever been to, hands down. Luke is an amazing mentor and teacher and really cares about his members. I fell in love with boxing at Action and the people who go there are so supportive - it's like one big family. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough!!
